นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)

GK BUSINESS เป็นเครื่องมือภายในสำหรับร้าน ใช้ตอบข้อความลูกค้าที่ทักเข้ามาทาง Facebook Messenger, Instagram และ LINE ของบัญชีที่ร้านเป็นเจ้าของเท่านั้น และใช้จัดการเคสของลูกค้า

ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

• ข้อความและไฟล์แนบที่ลูกค้าส่งถึงเพจ และข้อความที่เพจตอบกลับ
• ชื่อและรูปโปรไฟล์ที่ Facebook ให้มากับข้อความ และรหัสผู้ใช้เฉพาะเพจ (PSID)
• เบอร์โทร ข้อมูลรถ และเอกสารที่ลูกค้าให้ไว้เพื่อยื่นเคส
• ชื่อเพจและ access token ของเพจ เพื่อใช้ส่งข้อความตอบกลับ

การใช้ข้อมูล

ใช้เพื่อแสดงและตอบข้อความลูกค้า และจัดการเคสที่ลูกค้าขอให้ดำเนินการ ร้านไม่ขายข้อมูลลูกค้า

• ข้อมูลเคสถูกส่งให้บริษัทไฟแนนซ์หรือบริษัทประกันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคำขอของลูกค้า
• ผู้ให้บริการระบบของร้านประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนร้าน ได้แก่ Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare และผู้ให้บริการ AI (Google, OpenAI) ที่ร้านเปิดใช้

การโฆษณา

ร้านอาจใช้เบอร์โทรที่ลูกค้าให้ไว้ สร้างกลุ่มเป้าหมายในบัญชีโฆษณา Meta ของร้าน เบอร์จะถูกเข้ารหัสแบบ hash ก่อนส่ง ชื่อ รูปโปรไฟล์ เพศ และรหัสผู้ใช้จาก Facebook หรือ Instagram ไม่ถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา ลูกค้าขอไม่ให้ใช้เบอร์ของตนเพื่อการโฆษณาได้ โดยติดต่อร้าน

การลบข้อมูล

ลูกค้าสามารถขอให้ลบข้อมูลได้ตามขั้นตอนใน หน้าการลบข้อมูล

English summary: GK BUSINESS is an internal tool that lets our shop read and reply to messages sent to its own Facebook Pages, Instagram account and LINE account, and manage customer cases. It stores message content, the sender's name, profile picture, page-scoped ID, and details customers give for a case. Customer data is not sold. Case details go to the finance or insurance company involved in the customer's request, and service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI) process data for us. The shop may create Custom Audiences in its own Meta ad account from hashed phone numbers customers gave the shop; customers can ask us not to use their number for ads.
